In Spokesperson Training, we teach leaders how to present themselves professionally to the media, clients and their colleagues. And two of your colleagues did just that.
President Greg Herb and NAR Treasurer Jim Helsel appeared yesterday on WITF-FM’s Radio Smart Talk. Both Greg and Jim represented REALTORS® by fielding questions from the host and consumers with their expertise in the commercial and real estate industries. In these tough economic times when everyone is pointing a finger as to who is to blame, neither fell into that trap. Both articulated the realism of how the PA real estate industry is affecting consumers and REALTORS®. Always taking the high road in any situation is the best course.
