REALTORS® who have participated in LeadershipPAR can’t say enough good things about the program. PAR started the leadership training four years ago.

“For the price of the training and the quality of education you receive, you learn so much to further your real estate business,” said REALTOR® Joslyn Dermer of Brass Lantern Real Estate in Somerset. “The value you take away from LeadershipPAR not only benefits your business but your personal involvement within community and other civic organizations.” Dermer is currently enrolled in the 2009 LeadershipPAR program.
PAR is accepting applications for LeadershipPAR 2010 until November 15. REALTORS® entering the program participate in leadership-building and team-building exercises and learn how to set goals and build their network. Participants also improve their communications skills.
Frank Renaldi Jr. of Century 21 Pinnacle, Bethlehem, also a current participant, says the opportunity to learn from the others in the group make LeadershipPAR a unique experience.
“The style of training in LeadershipPAR provides a depth that you can’t get from a regular course,” Renaldi said. “The training applies on so many levels, not only as REALTORS® but as volunteers. You won’t find the resources that PAR provides for this program anywhere else. The time obligation required for this program is minimal compared to what you get back.”
“It’s a phenomenal program with exceptional speakers,” said Steven Bodner of RE/MAX Centre Realty in State College. “LeadershipPAR sets you off on the right foot as you climb the ladder of your career and begin to get involved in the local and state associations. For me, it’s been an amazing experience.”
