Mensch, who was a state representative, won a special election in Senate District 24, filling the unexpired seat held by former Sen. Rob Wonderling who retired to head the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.
“It was an honor to be invited to be on the Senate floor for this impressive ceremony,” Herb said. “We were able to see the validation of the election and the swearing in ceremony.”
Mensch was Herb’s state representative and is now his senator.
