PRI offers online courses for continuing education

The Pennsylvania REALTORS® Institute (PRI) has a diverse catalog of online courses to help you complete your 14 hours of required continuing education by May 31, 2010.

Are you a residential agent looking for an overview of how commercial transactions work? Check out Introduction to Commercial Real Estate Sales. Test your knowledge with Basic Real Estate Finance or set yourself apart from your competitors by completing NAR’s e-PRO Internet Professionalism Certification. You’re serving your consumers better by boosting your expertise and getting a jump start on completing your continuing education requirement for license renewal.

NOTE: Pennsylvania real estate licensees licensed on or after December 1, 2007 are required to take specific, mandatory courses to fulfill the 2008-2010 continuing education requirement. PRI does not have any online courses to fulfill this continuing education requirement.
