Association NewsPAR launches Commercial Information Exchange
Pennsylvania REALTORS® now have access to a Commercial Information Exchange (CIE) as an additional PA Association of REALTORS® member benefit. REALTORS® can list and search for commercial properties through this service which is designed to save members time and money.
“PAR’s partnered with Catylist so REALTORS® outside larger markets can have access to an affordable CIE,” said John Derham, chair of PAR’s Commercial, Industrial and Investment Committee. Members can join PARCIE.com for only $28 per month.
“This is a good tool for local REALTORS® to expand their businesses in their local markets,” Derham, senior managing director at Cushman & Wakefield in Philadelphia, added. “It also gives them a statewide view of the commercial market so they can provide more information to their clients.”
REALTORS® who subscribe can:
- Quickly locate properties and comparables using a scenario search
- Promote properties to brokers, users and investors with a public search interface
- Easily navigate between search results, map and property details view
- Rely on data that is broker-driven, timely and accurate (listings must be updated every 30 days to remain active in the system)
- Connect directly with others via broadcast e-mail
- Maximize listing exposure on dozens of additional web sites without redundant entry
- Retain ownership of their data and control access
- Prepare marketing materials for presentations and property tours
- Market their expertise and experience with a professional profile
- Analyze market conditions and opportunities with demographics and local market statistics.
“The more people who join PAR’s CIE, the more valuable it will become,” Derham added. “We’ll have a larger database which will ultimately provide more information to our members.”
Catylist is offering an hour-long webinar to help get members started with PAR•CIE on Monday, November 23 at 1 p.m. Once registered you will receive an email confirming your registration with information you need to join the webinar.
