Insurance is one of the top requests for benefits from PAR members, according to a recent survey. Both errors and omissions insurance and health insurance were ranked as important.easystreet_logo2

As a result, PAR and its for-profit subsidiary, Business Services for Real Estate (BSRE), formed EasyStreet Insurance Services. EasyStreet is a licensed insurance brokerage that works with leading providers such as Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Geisinger Health Plan, Capital BlueCross and United HealthCare.

As independent contractors, REALTORS® often have a difficult time finding a trusted source for their insurance needs.

EasyStreet’s licensed insurance professionals are experienced, knowledgeable and qualified to guide you through many insurance matters. The staff at EasyStreet is interested and committed to understanding your personal or business needs.

“We’d like the chance to talk to you about your insurance needs,” said Dan Reed, PAR’s director of insurance services. “At EasyStreet, we’re not just interested in placing you with an insurance product.  We want to guide you in the right direction.”

EasyStreet Insurance is interested in forming a group health insurance plan for its members. This process may be expedited by members supporting and purchasing their current individual insurance products through EasyStreet rather than various external sources. A significant core group of members will serve to enhance an insurance carrier’s desire to underwrite a group plan. Fundamental insurance principles are based upon the mathematical laws of large numbers.

I love that PAR is offering this insurance program, however, what would be an incredible benefit is agents having the ability to purchase insurance under a group plan, avoiding the underwriting process. Even if the costs were greater, it would be such a great help to families unable to purchase insurance at this time. Thank you!

An EasyStreet staff member would be pleased to address a general membership meeting.

Is it possible to have an easyStreet representative speak at a General Membership meeting in the future?
