I am in 2 rental magazines which will be cancelled shortly. The rental market is fantastic in Pittsburgh and well served by craigslist which is where ALL my listings go and is FREE! Have been able to track craiglist responses and at least 50% of inquiries come from there. Within a month I should be at 100% occupied at all locations and have been able to push my rents up. not sure why this company felt this was necessary.
