seeing some areas of the country doing very well while others are struggling but overall he is “seeing a positive vibe in the commercial real estate market.” According to Lipsey, the new trend in commercial real estate is finding different uses for retail or office space. “Creative brokers are finding creative ways to get space leased,” he added.
