REALTORS® should take the time to update websites especially during the spring homebuying season, said Inman News columnist and technology speaker Teresa Boardman.

Boardman, a St. Paul REALTOR®, said REALTORS® should make sure all links are working and add links to social media profiles but only if active on those sites. It doesn’t matter if you have a great looking website because “if you don’t have any content they won’t be back,” Boardman added. As for dated REALTOR® portrait photos, Boardman suggested updating those as well. “If REALTORS® have a photo that’s 20 years old, now would be a good time to change it,” she advised.
