When communicating with clients, “Ask and listen,” said Byron Van Arsdale, professional speaker and former broker-owner.

Van Arsdale, co-owner of realestatecoach.com, added that the key to effective communications is to “engage clients by asking questions and listening to what they have to say. If you’re doing all the talking, they aren’t engaged.”

Van Arsdale coaches REALTORS® to ask clients how best to communicate with them and not to assume because of age that they may not be up on the latest technology.
