What are clients saying about you on Twitter?

I hope that if you’re reading this post you at least get daily alerts from Google about your name and/or company. (If you don’t, click here.) But your clients aren’t just talking about you on blogs and Facebook. They’re probably talking about you on Twitter too.

Twitter is a micro-blogging site where users write 140 character messages about what they’re up to, link to interesting articles they are reading or send text-like messages to specific users. These messages are called tweets.

Interested to know if Twitter users are talking about you or your company? It’s easy to find out. Simply visit: search.twitter.com. Type in your name or company and the site will display the results.
