House Bill 398 (Stevenson) requires appraisal management companies to be registered with the State Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers. Pennsylvania is the 30th state to pass such legislation.

PAR continues to push for AMC legislation

State legislators return to session this week. PAR will continue to work the Hill, encouraging legislators to pass House Bill 398 (the AMC legislation), which would require Appraisal Management Companies to register with the state.
