Using the Point2Agent Syndication Dashboard, a web-based company that syndicates listings and distributes them across popular home-search sites nationwide, PMAR automatically downloads listings from its MLS to 35 pre-selected real estate sites. Thirty-five percent of PMAR members are currently signed onto the service which has been offered since early February.
